Resolve Insights is a platform for agentless automated discovery of data center infrastructure and for application dependency mapping. It enables IT teams to track dynamic, multi-layer relationships between applications and hybrid infrastructures, thus substantially improving IT efficiency.

Agentless auto-discovery is supported for physical and virtual infrastructure components in dynamic, complex IT environments, both on-premises and in the cloud. Data collected includes details about each entity, such as vendor make, model, platform, configuration, IP address, and more. The resulting real-time inventory can be easily viewed by device type or IP address range, in custom filtered groups, or in a tabular list view.

Dependency mappings, including discovery of application flows and application services within the hosts, are available on multiple dashboards with useful visualizations including topological view. These dashboards give you the ability to focus in on the relevant application component metrics, and prove valuable in cases such as the performing of potentially service-impacting maintenance on an infrastructure element or the migrating of an application to another data center.
